Purchasing clothing from TAU is subject to specific logistical and financial rules. Unlike stores that use flat-rate delivery models, our shipping fees are calculated dynamically during the checkout process. These fees are based entirely on the total weight of the items you have selected and your final delivery destination. For payments, we provide a Cash on Delivery (COD) facility, but this service is strictly capped at a maximum order value of Rs. 20,000. Any transaction that goes over this limit will not be processed as a COD order and will instead require full prepayment through our accepted online banking or mobile wallet channels.
The pricing displayed across our entire platform is exclusively intended for retail consumers. Buyers who intend to purchase items in bulk for wholesale purposes are not permitted to complete those transactions through the standard online shopping cart system. Instead, wholesale buyers must initiate contact with us through our official telephone line so that we can process those rates and orders manually.
TAU operates under a strict no-refund policy, we do not issue monetary returns under any circumstances. However, we will facilitate an exchange exclusively if an item is delivered with a verified manufacturing defect. For an exchange to be approved, the garment must be reported to us, it must remain entirely unused, and it must retain all original tags and packaging in their original condition.
